A few notes about these rooms:

Room costs for each room are shown PER DAY.

Unless otherwise specified, each room can be reconfigured by the Team ... but rooms must be returned to their original configuration before departing on Sunday.

Room Payments: DO NOT MAIL YOUR PAYMENTS TO MIKE HOFFPAUIR!! You will pay for your room directly with the VA Tech Chess Club at the tournament and pick up your Room Key at the same time.

All rooms are available for the duration of the tournament. Teams can get their rooms on Friday, but you must pay for use of the room (even if you are only storing your team's equipment in the room on Friday night.)

Hunters Woods |

Good small team room, can hold up to 20 persons. |
