All Teams will pay for their Rooms when they arrive at the Tournament. In the past teams received some of their money back, this will not happen this year.

Information on where to get your Room Key and to make payment is available at the Registration Desk. Payment will be by Cash or Check Only (made out to The Chess Club at VA Tech). Do not make checks for Rooms out to Virginia Chess or VCF.
