 Please Reserve by 10/13.  Call the hotel and ask for the Chess rate. The hotel is one block from the I-64 Northampton Blvd. exit 282.
                                                             There may be construction in the area. Allow time to arrive.

 

Entry Fee:   $55 if received by 11/1, $65 thereafter. No credit cards: Cash or check only on site.

 

Memberships:   US Chess and VCF ($10 $5 jr.) for VA residents is required and can be purchased on site.

 

Registration:  Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. Please be on time.

Registration will close promptly at 9:30 If late arrivals cannot be properly paired without delaying the start of the 1st round, they will have to take a 1st round 1/2 pt. bye.
